About the Role
We’re OneHour Digital, and we’re passionate about helping early professionals and creatives build stunning online portfolios with zero hassle. As a Customer Success Specialist, your job is simple: make sure our users are happy and getting the most out of our platform. You’ll be the go-to person for users who need help, have questions, or just need a little nudge to get their portfolios looking great. If you love working with people, solving problems, and want to be part of a small, tight-knit team, we want you to join us!
What You'll Be Doing
Helping users via chat and email with any questions they have about building their portfolios.
Guiding users through the onboarding process and making sure they’re set up for success.
Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues they might run into.
Collecting feedback from users to help us make our platform even better.
Creating and updating help articles, FAQs, and tutorials to help users help themselves.
What We're Looking For
You’ve got some experience in customer service or support and love helping people.
Great communication skills—both written and verbal. You’re friendly, patient, and great at explaining things simply.
You’re comfortable working remotely and independently.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with a SaaS product before, but it’s not a dealbreaker.
