About the Role

We’re OneHour Digital, and we’re passionate about helping early professionals and creatives build stunning online portfolios with zero hassle. As a Customer Success Specialist, your job is simple: make sure our users are happy and getting the most out of our platform. You’ll be the go-to person for users who need help, have questions, or just need a little nudge to get their portfolios looking great. If you love working with people, solving problems, and want to be part of a small, tight-knit team, we want you to join us!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Helping users via chat and email with any questions they have about building their portfolios.

  • Guiding users through the onboarding process and making sure they’re set up for success.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues they might run into.

  • Collecting feedback from users to help us make our platform even better.

  • Creating and updating help articles, FAQs, and tutorials to help users help themselves.

What We're Looking For

  • You’ve got some experience in customer service or support and love helping people.

  • Great communication skills—both written and verbal. You’re friendly, patient, and great at explaining things simply.

  • You’re comfortable working remotely and independently.

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with a SaaS product before, but it’s not a dealbreaker.
