About the Role

We’re OneHour Digital, and we help early professionals and creatives get their online portfolios up in under an hour—no coding, no headaches. We’re a small, scrappy team looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help us grow and get the word out. You’ll be helping us with everything marketing-related—social media, campaigns, content strategy, you name it. We need someone who’s creative, loves thinking outside the box, and is ready to jump in and try new things. It’s not about perfection; it’s about getting stuff done and seeing what works.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and coming up with cool ways to engage our audience.

• Creating and managing marketing campaigns that make sense for a tiny team like ours.

• Writing copy for emails, landing pages, and anything else we need to communicate clearly and simply.

• Collaborating with content creators, designers, and anyone else who can help spread the word.

• Keeping track of what’s working (and what’s not) with simple reports, using tools like Google Analytics or whatever you’re comfortable with.

What We're Looking For

• Someone who’s been involved in marketing for at least a couple of years (we’re not picky about the specifics).

• You know how to write copy that feels real and not corporate.

• Experience with social media, email campaigns, and maybe a bit of SEO.

• You can wear a lot of hats and are comfortable trying things that may be outside your usual wheelhouse.

• You’re good with deadlines and working independently in a remote environment.
